Delete your NowAt account

Fastest: in the app

Open NowAt → tap your photo (top right) → Account settings → Delete account. Your account disappears immediately. NowAt Driver and NowAt Business: Account → Delete account.

We keep the data for 90 days in case of a mistake or a dispute, then erase it for good. To undo a deletion within those 90 days, message us on WhatsApp.

What gets erased

• Your name, mobile number, email, date of birth and profile photo
• Your posts, photos, videos, comments, likes, votes, check-ins and reviews
• Your messages, group memberships, follows and blocks
• Saved addresses and places, CV and job applications, ID documents (drivers)
• Business listings are taken off NowAt

What is kept (without your details)

Records of past orders, bookings and rides stay with the business or driver for tax and accounting, with your name, phone, address and notes removed. They are deleted when the legal retention period ends. See our Privacy Policy.

If you have an order, ride or booking in progress, please finish or cancel it first.
